The Joy of Cooking...(in a toaster oven).

Apple Cinnamon Bread with Streusel Topping

I just added a dash of cinnamon to the recipe and made some streusel (brown sugar, cinnamon, flour and butter) to jazz it up a bit.

For the Easter potluck at church.
